Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems is pleased to introduce the new Alpine® TFG fluidized bed jet mill designed specifically for processing color and black dry toner and ultra thin film powder coatings. The TFG Jet Mill is ideal for the toner industry, where sharp particle size control results in improved product quality and higher profits. The very successful TSP classifier, incorporated in the TFG, is designed for color toner with a low melting point, and reduces buildup and sticking due to low energy concentration.
Building upon the strength of our unparalleled experience in size reduction, classification, and thermal processing, Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems is proud to introduce the new Mikro-LGM long gap mill. This impact/flash dryer provides superior performance compared to other similar mills, due to its many unique design features.
